By accessing enluxelimo.com or booking transportation services through EnLuxe Limo LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.
2. Services
EnLuxe Limo LLC provides professional luxury ground transportation in the Atlanta metropolitan area, including airport transfers, hourly chauffeur service, and event transportation. All services are subject to availability of vehicles and drivers.
3. Booking and Payment
- Reservations must be made through our website or by texting (404) 857-1533.
- Payment is required to confirm a reservation unless otherwise arranged.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe.
- Pricing is quoted at the time of booking and may vary based on distance, time, vehicle availability, and demand.
- Additional charges may apply for same-day bookings, extended wait time, tolls, and airport parking fees.
4. Cancellation Policy
Standard Transfers (Airport / Point-to-Point):
- 2+ hours before pickup: Full refund
- Within 2 hours: 50% charge
- No-shows: Full charge
Hourly Chauffeur Service:
- 4+ hours before pickup: Full refund
- Within 4 hours: Minimum hour charge applies
- No-shows: Full charge for reserved hours
Events & Weddings:
- 7+ days prior: Full refund
- 3–7 days prior: 50% charge
- Within 3 days: Full charge
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must be ready at the scheduled pickup location and time.
- Airport pickups include a 15-minute grace period after arrival and baggage claim.
- Non-airport pickups include a 10-minute grace period.
- Passengers are responsible for damage caused during the ride.
- Smoking, illegal substances, and open alcohol containers are prohibited.
- Seatbelts must be worn at all times.
6. Our Responsibilities
- We make every reasonable effort to arrive on time.
- Flights are monitored and pickup times adjusted for delays.
- Vehicles are properly insured and registered.
- Drivers are licensed, background-checked, and professionally trained.
- If we cannot fulfill a reservation, we will offer a refund or alternative solution.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, mechanical issues, or force majeure events.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific ride in question.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items but will make reasonable efforts to assist in recovery.
8. SMS Communications
If you opt in to receive SMS messages, EnLuxe Limo LLC may send transactional and service-related messages including:
- Booking confirmations
- Rate notifications
- Pickup reminders
- Driver assignment updates
SMS consent is optional and not required for purchase.
